LGBT+/Queer Book Recomendation Stats
I gathered up as many recommendation lists for LGBT+/queer books as I could find and put them in a spreadsheet. What is the "canon"? What is generally seen as a must-read? What kind of oversights and biases are reflected in these lists?
I have 667 books from 31 different lists. The #1 most-recommended book is Giovanni's Room by James Baldwin!
